The principal objective of the Tenuta Dello Scompiglio is to offer quality products at clear and advantageous prices.

All prices shown on the website include VAT

The prices and availability indicated in this catalogue are valid while stocks last and are subject to change due to market or other reasons.  Discounts and vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.  The images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ significantly from the product actually available.

Validity of prices and confirmation of order by email

By submitting the order form, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.  This confirmation has the sole purpose of notifying you that the online order has been received and does not constitute formal acceptance of the order.  The price charged will be the one shown at the time of order.  However, it is possible that some offers or items may have gone out of stock in the meantime or have significantly changed in price.  We reserve the right to contact you as soon as possible to cancel your order (without penalty for either party) and possibly suggest an alternative product.

Responsibility

The Tenuta Dello Scompiglio Società Agricola a.r.l. does not assume any responsibility for the use the customer intends to make of the goods purchased.  In case of defective or non-functional goods, the Tenuta Dello Scompiglio will use its own discretion to repair or replace.  Under no circumstances will the Tenuta Dello Scompiglio be held responsible for lost earnings due to inability to use the purchased products.

Methods and Terms of Payment

Cash on Delivery

Payment can be made on delivery of the goods by cash only.

Cash on delivery includes a surcharge which is the service fee of the courier.

Advance Bank Transfer

At the same time as the automatic email confirming receipt of the order, we will send details for the bank transfer to be made before the dispatch of the goods.  The order will be prepared only after appropriate verification of the received amount.

Credit Card

The Tenuta Dello Scompiglio is aligned with the SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) legislation aimed at ensuring greater security for online purchases made with credit card.  If your credit card is not yet ready to meet the requirements, payment may fail.  Therefore, we suggest you contact your credit card company and verify the eligibility of your credit card.

Paypal

Paypal is another absolutely secure payment method that will allow you to pay for your order by logging directly into your account.  The data relating to your account and your credit card will by managed directly by Paypal, which will simply provide us with an email communication after the payment has been made.

When confirming your order, simply select the payment option "Credit card or Paypal", to be directly transferred to the PAYPAL website, then enter your email and password to access your Paypal account and complete the payment.

Shipping and Delivery

Order Fulfillment

Unless otherwise specified, we reserve the right to send available products first, and then products not in stock, without any additional charge to the customer. However, if partial fulfillment is explicitly requested by the customer, they will bear the cost of the additional shipment.

Any missing products or parts thereof in the package, or any damage incurred during transport, must be reported within 2 days of receiving the package (also via email).

Delivery Methods and Times

Tenuta Dello Scompiglio Società Agricola a.r.l. ships via selected Couriers who have always offered a fast and guaranteed service.

Average delivery times are 2-3 business days from shipment, except for variations due to force majeure, such as weather conditions and strikes.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal office hours, excluding national holidays, to the address specified at the time of the order.

It is very important, during the purchase phase, to provide a valid email address to allow the courier to communicate the pickup of the shipment and thus optimize delivery methods.

Shipping Costs

Tenuta Dello Scompiglio Società Agricola a.r.l. applies the following shipping costs, valid only for Italy:

* For orders over €70: Free
