Harvest period

Harvesting and vinification
Manual harvest, including sorting of bunches, and destemming. Pre-fermentation cold maceration for around 48 hours, followed by crushing. Single fermentations take place in stainless steel or wooden tanks at controlled temperature

Refining
In French oak barriques for 24 months, then in bottles for 6 months

Production
4.200 bottles of 0.75 L

Tasting Notes
Colour: intense ruby red
Aroma: Cherry and berry aromas are balanced by notes of toasted  wood, a pleasant union of coffe and cocoa matches with a soft and spicy note  
Palate: strong and well structure, with intense but silky tannins and a saltiness on the end that leaves the mouth clean
