 Kőszeg, loosely inspired by the large notebook by Ágota Kristóf that tells of identity, war, death, separation, a humanity condemned to the limit, the edge and its great capacity for resilience. The protagonists of Kőszeg are two brothers, indivisible and interchangeable as if they had just one soul. Two small adults of prodigious intelligence who, thanks to the logic of survival, develop a crystalline ethic of life. Around them, characters drawn with just a few meagre traits in a context of hunger and death. A hard-hitting show where everything is rendered merciless and essential by clear and direct acting. In the succession of images, always hovering between adulthood and childhood, and through a strong resonance with current events, wars, and migratory flows, Kőszeg presents a raw, touching story which leaves no room for digressions and where love, death, violence, fragility, identity and loss of identity are the protagonists.
